TRAINING EXERCISE

“Blessed be the Lord, my strength,
who trains my hands for war and my fingers for the fight.” — Psalm 144:1

We train not for comfort, but for the unknown.
Not for certainty, but for readiness.
Strength is forged before the moment arrives
when skill, discipline, and faith meet preparation.
